Meltemi Hotel - Skiathos Town

excellent base for city exploring and local attractions

the staff were cute and lovely, making my early arrival easy, while the hotel was just steps away from beautiful parks and iconic landmarks.

The Meltemi Hotel in Skiathos is a great place to stay right next to the town's harbour. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms comfortable with a beautiful view of the harbour. The breakfast in the hotel is very good. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous restaurants, there is something for everyone. Free parking spaces are within walking distance. Thanks again for the great stay, we enjoyed it very much!

We had a great stay at the Meltemi. The location is perfect - directly at the port and in the city it's Ideal for exploring the island. It was also perfect that the airport is only a few minutes away. The hotel itself is very tastefully decorated. Breakfast was very tasty and furniture in the dining room was super comfortable. In addition, the staff was very friendly and allowed us to have a late check-out.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, right near the ferry terminal and a bus stop. This made getting to the beautiful beaches super easy. My room provided fine sea views, and the balcony allowed me to soak in the scenery. I appreciated the cleanliness of the premises and the attentive housekeeping services. The air conditioning worked efficiently, keeping the room comfortable. Breakfast offered a good range of options, though I'd suggest a buffet style for more variety. I found the complimentary toiletries to be of high quality. The breakfast coffee was quite disappointing. The lack of a kettle in the room was a bit frustrating as waking up to a hot beverage would have been a wonderful addition. On a couple of occasions, it took longer than expected to get assistance with requests, slightly inconvenient. While there were minor inconveniences, the great location and clean rooms made for a pleasurable getaway.

This newly renovated hotel with pleasant modern facilities, elevator, friendly staff is located directly at the port. More expensive than other accommodations, but also much more pleasant.

Shower door should be fixed.

The room was brand-new & good little with balcony and a comfy bed plus shower. The location was ideal, a short walk from the beach. Actually everything was amazing, my next choice again in Skiathos Town.

The staff was super helpful and accommodating, especially when I arrived early! The room was clean and comfy, but the coffee at breakfast was a total letdown. ☕️

The stairs. There should be an elevator, since I am in my seventies, it is difficult to carry the suitcases up and down. The beds could use a mattress change.

Central location at the harbour, quite turbulent, for people who do not seek solitude. Small, very personal hotel, very good view to the water and the harbour, city nearby, rooms relatively small, the rooms to the front with a small balcony, which one can enjoy very much with a wonderful view and a glass of wine. Breakfast buffet very good. Very nice and courteous manager, Katerina K. Kefala Hotel was completely renovated 2-3 years ago.

You always find little things

The hotel is great location right on the pier, just steps from Skiathos Town's bus terminal! The sea-facing room was fine, with a lovely little balcony to unwind and enjoy the view. Breakfast was a satisfying surprise, who wouldn't love a plate of freshly prepared delights to kickstart their day?

The bathroom was a bit of a contortionist's nightmare, tiny and tricky, with a shower setup that left me dodging water everywhere! Plus, no glasses in the room and some sheets were showing their age.
